Role Description
The Regional Sales Manager will oversee and expand business operations in the assigned territory. Responsibilities include developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing and coaching a team of sales representatives, and building relationships with distributors and retailers to achieve sales goals. Additional tasks include conducting market analysis, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mengio, requiring strong leadership and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and coaching skills
- Proven experience in sales strategy development and implementation
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales-related tools
- Experience in the food industry or FMCG sector is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Willingness to work on-site in Mengio and travel as required
