Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager, based in Bengaluru. The Regional Sales Manager will oversee sales strategies and operations in designated territories, build and manage a sales team, and establish strong relationships with clients. Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, developing new business opportunities, achieving revenue targets, preparing performance reports, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires collaboration with other teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Account Management
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Proven ability in Market Analysis and CRM tools
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience in the music or entertainment industry is a plus
