Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Regional Sales Manager role based in Delhi for North india. The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to meet revenue goals, building and maintaining strong client relationships within the region, and identifying new market opportunities. The manager will monitor sales performance, lead and mentor the sales team, and provide detailed reports on market trends and sales objectives. Additionally, they will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and achieve organizational growth objectives.


Experience :- 6 to 10 yrs

Salary :- Best in Industry

Preferred :- Cream Food/Bakery Industry Experience only


Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Experience in developing and executing sales strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to conduct market research and identify new business opportunities
  • Knowledge of bakery and food industry products is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel as required
