Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, Nagpur, Pune for a Regional Sales Manager. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing regional sales strategies, managing and overseeing a sales team, and achieving regional revenue targets. The role also involves analyzing market trends, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders, and identifying opportunities for growth while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales Management, Account Management, and Business Development
- Strong skills in Market Analysis and Strategic Planning
- Experience in Team Leadership, Coaching, and Performance Management
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and tools for sales operations
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Familiarity with the education or EdTech sectors is advantageous
- Ability to travel and adapt to dynamic work environments
