Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bangaluru for a Regional Sales Manager. The Regional Sales Manager will drive sales growth by managing and expanding the customer and dealership network within their designated region.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders, achieving sales goals, analyzing market trends, and leading and mentoring a team of sales professionals to ensure performance standards are met.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, with skills in developing and executing sales strategies in EV / Automobile segment
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Market research and trend analysis capabilities to identify opportunities and challenges
- Proficiency in sales software and tools for tracking performance and managing relationships
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Knowledge of the electric vehicle or automotive industry is a plus
- Willingness to travel as required within the assigned region
