Role Description The Regional Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for driving revenue growth and market expansion for NuvertOS within an assigned region. This role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and leading end-to-end sales cycles, including product demonstrations, proposal development, and contract negotiation. The Regional Sales Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, understand their operational and technology needs, and position NuvertOS as a strategic solution. Day-to-day activities include collaborating with marketing and product teams on regional campaigns, tracking performance against sales targets, providing accurate forecasts, and sharing market feedback to inform product enhancements. The role also includes regular field visits, participation in industry events, and mentoring junior sales team members when needed.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in B2B sales, account management, and territory planning, especially within technology or healthcare sectors.
- Experience with consultative selling, solution presentation, and negotiation to close complex deals with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to build and manage a sales pipeline using CRM tools, with proficiency in forecasting and performance tracking.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Understanding of healthcare operations, hospital information systems, or SaaS platforms is highly beneficial.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with data-driven decision-making and attention to detail.
- Proven experience meeting or exceeding sales targets in a regional or national role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is a plus.
- Comfort with on-site client interactions, travel within the region, and working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
