Job Opening:
Position Title: Regional Sales Manager/AM/ASM
Location: Lucknow
Job Description:
- Drive regional sales of solar PV modules in the C&I segment through channel partners, EPCs, and direct sales.
- Identify, appoint, and manage distributors, dealers, and system integrators to ensure consistent sales growth.
- Develop and execute territory-specific sales plans aligned with organisational targets.
- Analyse regional market trends, pricing dynamics, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
- Maintain accurate reporting of sales funnel, forecasts, and partner performance using CRM/MIS systems.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with channel partners and key C&I clients.
🎯 Required Skills & Expertise:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and regional market understanding.
- Good understanding of regional markets
- Mandatory: Prior experience in the Solar Industry
🎓 Eligibility:
- Education: Any Graduate / Any Master’s
- Experience: Relevant experience in solar industry required
