Are you a high-impact sales leader with a passion for scaling fintech businesses? We’re looking for a Regional Business Head to drive growth, lead large teams, and build a strong retail footprint in a fast-growing fintech environment.
🔑 What You’ll Own
- Drive regional P&L and revenue growth
- Lead merchant/customer acquisition for fintech products (Payments, Lending, Insurance, etc.)
- Build and execute high-impact sales strategies
- Manage and scale large field sales teams
- Strengthen channel partnerships & distribution networks
- Track market trends and outperform competition
👥 What We’re Looking For
- 8–15 years of experience in Fintech & Payments
- 3–5+ years in team handling / leadership roles
- Strong background in retail or merchant acquisition
- Proven track record of achieving aggressive sales targets
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management & analytical skills
