We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead and expand our kidswear business across Uttar Pradesh. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in kidswear sales, along with a strong network of distributors and wholesalers in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional targets
- Build and manage a strong network of distributors, wholesalers, and retailers
- Identify and onboard new channel partners across Uttar Pradesh
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients
- Drive primary and secondary sales growth
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
- Ensure timely collections and credit control in the region
- Coordinate with merchandising and production teams for demand planning
- Lead, guide, and monitor the performance of the regional sales team
- Conduct regular market visits and generate actionable insights
Skills & Requirements
- Strong experience in kidswear/apparel sales
- Well-established network of distributors and wholesalers in Uttar Pradesh
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
- Strong understanding of regional market dynamics
- Ability to drive sales targets and manage large territories
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Willingness to travel extensively within the region
