Role Description
This full-time, on-site Regional Sales Manager role is based in Coimbatore. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving revenue targets and developing regional market penetration strategies. Key responsibilities will include building and managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, developing sales pipelines, conducting market research, and providing customer support. The Regional Sales Manager will also lead a regional sales team, establish strategic partnerships, and collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven sales skills, including setting goals, meeting targets, and managing a sales pipeline
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in market research and data analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Strong leadership abilities, with experience in managing and motivating regional sales teams
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships and partnerships
- Knowledge of the renewable energy sector, particularly in solar energy, is preferred
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Flexibility and a willingness to travel within the region for client meetings and site visits
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in regional or corporate sales roles
