Role Description
This full-time position as a Regional Sales Manager is based in Mumbai and requires on-site presence. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business growth goals. Responsibilities include identifying and nurturing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, negotiating contracts, achieving sales targets, and leading a regional sales team. The Regional Sales Manager will analyze market trends, provide accurate sales forecasting, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive success. Ensuring excellent customer service and aligning sales efforts with the company's strategic objectives will also be key responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Sales and Business Development, including lead generation, account management, and driving revenue growth
- Strong skills in Client Relationship Management, Negotiation, and Customer Service
- Experience in Market Analysis, Forecasting, and Competitive Analysis
- Proficiency in Team Leadership, Performance Management, and Training Team Members
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with attention to detail
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field;
- Experience in the logistics and supply chain industry is a strong advantage
- Knowledge of regional markets and key industries such as infrastructure, automobile, or consumer goods is a plus
