Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Regional Sales Manager role based in Chennai. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing sales operations in the regional market to achieve growth targets. Daily responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, managing and supporting the sales team, building relationships with key partners and distributors, and analyzing market trends to identify new opportunities. Additionally, the role requires coordination with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products.
Qualifications
- Sales Management and Business Development experience in FMCG or related industries
- Strong skills in Market Analysis, Planning, and Regional Sales Strategy implementation
- Proven ability in Team Leadership, Performance Coaching, and Motivating Sales Teams
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship Management abilities
- Data-Driven Decision-Making and Reporting skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer applications
- Willingness to travel within the region as required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
- Prior experience in establishing distribution networks or channel management is preferred
