We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Regional Sales Manager to lead and expand our pharmaceutical business across Kerala. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing field teams, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and distributors, and achieving regional business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales operations for the Kerala region.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate Area Sales Managers and Medical Representatives.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and market expansion plans.
- Build strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, distributors, and stockists.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Ensure proper execution of promotional and marketing activities.
- Track team performance through regular field visits and reviews.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and pharma industry standards.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and MIS updates for management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical domestic sales management.
- Strong leadership and team handling skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Good knowledge of Kerala pharma market and distribution network.
- Ability to drive performance and deliver business growth.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience handling multi-specialty pharma products.
- Strong network with healthcare professionals and channel partners in Kerala.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the region.
