Regional Business Manager (RBM) – Digital Therapeutics (Cardiology)
Location: Mumbai Compensation: Up to ₹25 LPA Industry: Health-Tech / Digital Therapeutics (DTx)

What You Will Drive (Key Responsibilities)
Take end-to-end ownership of business outcomes for your city/region, acting as the strategic lead for our cardiology portfolio.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and drive a team of Area Managers and Patient Counsellors to generate business from Cardiologists and patient leads. Periodically review performance and deploy action plans for continuous improvement.
- KOL Engagement: Develop and strengthen relationships with top interventional cardiologists in the region. Clearly establish the need for, and efficacy of, our DTx programs while addressing any clinical or operational concerns.
- Business Conversion: Ensure a healthy pipeline of patient leads and drive the conversion of those leads into active program subscriptions.
- Brand Building: Build salience and establish a strong footprint for our Digital Therapeutics brand amongst the cardiologist and patient communities in the Mumbai region.

Candidate Profile & Requirements
We are looking for a hands-on leader who challenges conventional thinking, rolls up their sleeves, and drives results.
- Experience: 10+ years of overall experience, with at least 2–3 years functioning as a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) or Senior Area Sales Manager (ASM) in a Pharma, Medical Devices, or DTx company, complete with people management responsibilities.
- Domain Expertise: A strong, proven track record in the Cardiology space. You must have personal, established connections with top interventional cardiologists in Mumbai and a deep understanding of the regional landscape.
- Mindset & Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and an absolute ownership mindset. Highly articulate with the ability to persuade and influence.
- Language capability: Fluency in English and the regional language is mandatory.
- Tech-Savvy: Highly comfortable with technology (iPads, CRMs, Excel, mobile apps) and a strong personal conviction in the future of health-tech.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree is mandatory. A degree in Science, Engineering, or Pharmacy is highly preferred.
