Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager, based in Guwahati. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth in their designated region by managing and leading the sales team. Responsibilities include developing strategic sales plans, building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, achieving revenue targets, analyzing market trends, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role requires collaboration with internal teams and regular reporting on sales performance.

- Excellent Customer Relationship Management and Communication abilities
- Experience in Market Analysis and Identifying Growth Opportunities

- Knowledge of the local market and industry trends
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field (MBA is a plus)
- Previous sales experience in relevant industries will be highly advantageous
