Role : Regional Sales Manager / Dy. RSM
Hyderabad, Jaipur, Kolkata, Bhpoal, Ranchi The responsibilities include overseeing sales activities across assigned regions, managing distribution networks, building and maintaining a good sales team, client relationships, achieving sales targets, and analyzing market trends to identify business opportunities. The Regional Sales Manager will play a key role in developing sales strategies and supporting the team to drive revenue growth while collaborating closely with other departments to address client needs and maintain high service standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in sales management, business development, and client relationship management
  • Experience in market analysis, strategic planning, and achieving revenue targets
  • Knowledge of Clinical Diagnostics products and the healthcare technology sector
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities
  • Proficiency in organizing and managing distribution networks
  • Bachelor's degree in Sceince, Life Sciences, or a related field;
  • Previous experience in the IVD or healthcare diagnostics industry is preferred
