Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Jaipur for the role of Regional Sales Manager. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth within the assigned region by managing a team of sales professionals, developing business strategies, and fostering strong relationships with clients. The role involves ensuring sales targets are met, leading business development initiatives, and analyzing market trends to identify growth opportunities. Other responsibilities include team training, performance monitoring, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

- Familiarity with financial products and services, particularly in rural and semi-urban markets, is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
- Prior experience in managing regional sales operations is highly desirable.
