Maharishi Ayurveda is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead and manage the sales team for our Ayurvedic medicines division. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and managing relationships with key Doctors Chemist & Distributors.
Responsibilities:
1.Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
2.Manage and lead the sales team to drive performance and achieve targets.
3. Build and maintain relationships with key customers, including doctors, hospitals, and pharmacies.
4.Identify new sales opportunities and market trends.
5.Organize and attend sales meetings, trade shows, and events.
6.Provide product information and training to the sales team.
7.Monitor competitor activity and provide feedback to management.
8.Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
9.Manage budgets and expenses related to the sales function.
Experience: Total 12+ years of experience with minimum 2 Year as Regional Sales Manager (Only people who have experience in Ayurveda Medicine)
Requirements:
1.Bachelor's degree
2.Proven track record of successful sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in Ayurvedic medicines.
3.Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
4.Excellent organizational and time management skills.
5.Willingness to travel extensively.
