We are looking for a dynamic sales professional with 5–7 years of experience in the
medical devices industry. The role focuses on driving business growth for diagnostic instruments and reagent portfolios related to Biochemistry, Microbiology, and Immunology across the assigned region.
The candidate will be responsible for strengthening market presence, acquiring new healthcare clients, and managing key accounts including hospitals, laboratories, diagnostic centers, and government institutions. Strong experience in
medical devices, capital equipment sales, and government sales is mandatory.
The position requires developing territory growth plans, generating new leads, conducting product presentations, managing tenders, and converting opportunities into successful business closures. The ideal candidate should possess strong commercial acumen, customer engagement capabilities, and the ability to build long-term business relationships.
Responsibilities also include pipeline management, sales forecasting, competitor analysis, CRM updates, and preparing business reports for management review. Strong understanding of diagnostic technologies and government procurement processes is essential for this role.
