Role Description
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and building strategic partnerships to meet regional sales targets. Core duties include identifying and pursuing business opportunities, preparing and presenting proposals to clients, and negotiating contracts. The role also involves gathering market intelligence, collaborating with internal teams for seamless execution, and maintaining a strong customer satisfaction index. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mumbai Division.
Qualifications
- Proven sales skills such as customer relationship management, negotiation, and lead generation
- Strong analytical abilities for market research and strategic planning
- Knowledge of laboratory equipment, modular furniture, or related industries is a plus
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-driven, with the ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a relevant field preferred
- Flexibility to travel within the region as required
