Job Purpose:
To lead and manage the sales operations of a specific region by driving business growth, managing a field sales team, achieving sales targets, and ensuring effective territory coverage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across the assigned region
- Manage and develop a team of Area Sales Managers (ASMs) and Medical Representatives (MRs)
- Plan and implement effective sales strategies to enhance market penetration
- Conduct field visits to monitor team performance and support customer engagement
- Ensure effective product promotion and brand visibility through regular training and development
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide actionable insights
- Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, stockists, and distributors
- Prepare and review sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to ensure accurate tracking and planning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, logistics, and HR
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and industry regulations

Qualification:
- B.Pharm / B.Sc. (Life Sciences / Biology / Chemistry)
- MBA in Marketing or Business Management (preferred)
Salary:- 45 to 65 k Inhand.
