Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Regional Sales Manager role based in Benguluru. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans ( B2C and B2B) to achieve sales targets in the assigned region. The role encompasses building and maintaining relationships with dealers and channel partners, appointment if new dealerships, identifying market opportunities, and conducting sales presentations. Additional responsibilities include monitoring sales metrics,liasioning with Bank / NBFC for retail finance,reporting on performance, and ensuring customer, channel partners satisfaction by addressing concerns and ensuring timely delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong sales expertise, including experience with client acquisition, nurturing dealer relationships, and achieving revenue targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Insight into market analysis, identifying trends, and creating data-driven sales strategies.
- Previous experience in the electric vehicle or automotive industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in using sales and reporting tools to track performance metrics.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with a preference for candidates holding an MBA.
