We are looking for a result-driven Regional Manager (RM) with strong experience in the Automotive After Market domain to lead regional operations and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
• Strong After Market experience (mandatory)
• Experience in regional sales / operations
• Dealer network handling & market expansion
• Strong leadership & team management skills
• Responsible for achieving regional sales targets and driving business performance
• Develop and expand dealer/distributor network across the assigned region
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Preferred Background:
Candidates from reputed Automotive Auto parts Aftermarket companies / organizations of HCV , Off highway, Leaf Springs will be preferred.
