We’re Hiring: Regional Manager – West Region | iVenus
iVenus is seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Manager to lead and drive performance across the West Region. This is a high-impact leadership role for professionals passionate about retail excellence and team development.
Experience Required:
• 7–12 years in Retail / Electronics industry (Apple Electronics background is mandatory)
• Proven experience managing multiple stores and regional operations
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and oversee 15+ retail stores across the region
• Drive sales performance, revenue growth, and profitability
• Ensure operational excellence and strict compliance with Apple standards
• Monitor KPIs, store audits, and performance metrics
• Recruit, mentor, and develop Store Managers and teams
• Implement strategic initiatives to enhance customer experience and business growth
