We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead and drive sales performance in the pharmaceutical sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving regional targets, managing a team of Medical Representatives, and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Growth
- Achieve regional sales targets and drive revenue growth
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
Team Management
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of Medical Representatives
- Set targets and track team performance
- Conduct regular field visits and performance reviews
Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, and distributors
- Ensure high customer satisfaction
- Organize and support product promotions, CMEs, and launches
Reporting & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to pharma regulations and company policies
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market insights
- Coordinate with supply chain for inventory management
Territory & Budget Management
- Manage regional budgets effectively
- Optimize territory coverage and distribution networks
✅ Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field
- MBA (Marketing) preferred
- 4–10 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales
- Proven experience in team handling
- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of pharma market and compliance
