Role Description
We are seeking Regional Sales Managers for a full-time role based in multiple locations including Mumbai, Gujarat, Delhi and Bangalore. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client and partner relationships, and developing strategies to meet revenue targets in their assigned region. Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential distributors and clients, delivering compelling pitches, managing a sales pipeline, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance client satisfaction. The role also requires ongoing market analysis to identify new opportunities and ensure competitive positioning.
Qualifications
- Strong relationships with IFAs (Independent Financial Advisors), Wealth Managers and distributors
- Prior experience in sales, business development, and partner and client relationship management, primarily for Alternative Investment Products
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Understanding of financial products and Asset Management industry
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales management platforms
- Self-motivated, growth mindset, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently
