Role Description
We are looking for a full-time Regional Sales Manager to join our team in Gurugram, India. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales plans, leading and managing a regional sales team, and fostering strong relationships with clients. You will strategize to identify new business opportunities, monitor sales performance, and actively work to meet and exceed sales targets. Regularly collaborating with internal stakeholders, you will ensure alignment of sales efforts with company goals and values.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales and Account Management, including knowledge of sales planning and pipeline management
- Strong skills in Client Relationship Management and communication with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Proven team leadership and capability in leading, motivating, and coaching a sales team
- Analytical skills for data tracking, performance analysis, and market trend assessment
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities under pressure
- Proficiency with CRM software and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in industrial equipment sales is preferred
- Willingness to travel within the regional territory as required
- Strong ability to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, and maintain a results-driven approach
