Job Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage regional sales operations with 4-7 years of experience in the Electronic Security Systems / ELV domain.
• Drive regional revenue growth by developing and executing strategic sales strategies.
• Build and strengthen long-term relationships with key customers, consultants, and channel partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence for CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, Intrusion Alarm, PIDS, and ELV solutions.
• Work closely with Pre-Sales and Technical teams to understand customer requirements and design solutions.
• Oversee preparation of techno-commercial proposals, pricing, and negotiations.
• Act as an escalation point for customer issues and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Forecast sales targets, track performance metrics, and prepare MIS reports.
• Coordinate with finance and receivables teams for timely collections.
• Represent the organization in client meetings, industry events, and partner interactions.
Requirements:
• Minimum Qualification: BE / M.Sc. (EC) / IT / MBA.
• 4 - 7 years of experience in Electronic Security Systems / ELV sales.
• MBA from a reputed institute is preferred.
• Strong domain knowledge in CCTV, Surveillance, Access Control, Fire Alarm, Intrusion Alarm, and ELV systems.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
• Role is based out of Ahmedabad.
