Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager, based in Kozhikode. The Regional Sales Manager will identify and implement sales strategies, oversee sales team operations, and ensure the achievement of regional targets. Responsibilities include fostering relationships with partners, managing client accounts, conducting market research, developing plans to expand market reach, and ensuring the consistent delivery of excellent customer service to strengthen EduBird's reputation and growth in the region.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and motivational skills
- Proven experience in sales strategy development and achieving targets
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools and techniques
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct market research and identify growth opportunities
- Knowledge of the education consulting industry or experience in similar fields
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required; MBA or equivalent is preferred
