Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager located in Ghaziabad. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for leading sales operations within the designated region, developing and executing strategic sales plans, and achieving sales targets. Key tasks include identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, analyzing market trends, and managing a sales team to deliver results. Regular reporting and coordination with senior leadership will also be part of the role.
Qualifications
- Sales & Business Development: Strong experience in sales, business development, client acquisition, and achieving revenue goals.
- Market Analysis: Skills in market research, competitor analysis, and identifying growth opportunities.
- Leadership: Team management expertise, with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team toward achieving targets.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Negotiation & Persuasion: Demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts, close deals, and drive conversions.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills for effective planning and execution of sales strategies.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Industry Experience: Prior experience in the automotive or electric vehicle industry is preferred but not required.
