Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bellary & Belgaum - Karnataka for a Regional Sales Manager at Dharmaj Crop Guard Ltd. The role involves overseeing regional sales operations, developing strategies to meet sales targets, and managing relationships with clients and distributors. The manager will also lead and mentor a team of sales representatives, monitor market trends, and develop actionable plans to capture new opportunities. Regular reporting, forecasting, and coordination with other departments will be an integral part of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills with a proven track record in achieving targets
- Experience in team leadership, mentorship, and performance management
- Knowledge of market analysis and strategic planning
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and basic understanding of agrochemical industry trends
- Self-motivated and result-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Willingness to travel as required and manage field operations
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business Management, or a related field; MBA preferred
