The Opportunity:
We are looking for a seasoned and visionary Regional Manager – North to lead large-scale sales operations, build high-performing teams, and accelerate business growth across key northern markets.
Key Accountabilities:
• Own and drive regional P&L, revenue growth, and market expansion
• Lead, coach, and scale multi-layered sales teams (ASM, BDE, field force)
• Develop and execute high-impact go-to-market strategies
• Build strong partnerships with key opinion leaders, institutions, and channel partners
• Identify new business opportunities and strengthen distribution ecosystems
• Deliver data-driven insights to influence strategic decision-making.
Ideal Candidate:
• Proven leadership experience with 8+ years in sales, including team management
• Strong exposure to healthcare/pharma/dental or allied industries
• Demonstrated success in scaling regions and exceeding revenue targets
• Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills
• High ownership mindset with ability to operate in a fast-growing environment
