Are you someone who thrives in high-impact retail environments and knows how to drive sales from the shop floor to the boardroom?
We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager who can own revenue, build powerful retail partnerships, and lead high-performing field teams across Modern Trade and Premium General Trade channels.
π― What Youβll Be Driving
- End-to-end regional sales ownership (Primary + Secondary)
- Strong execution across Modern Trade (Croma, Reliance Digital, Vijay Sales) & premium GT
- In-store excellence β visibility, merchandising, and customer experience
- Sell-out growth through smart promotions, schemes, and activations
πΌ Key Responsibilities
π Sales & Business Growth
- Own and deliver monthly & quarterly sales targets for your region
- Drive sell-in & sell-out performance across key retail accounts
- Ensure optimal stock availability & faster inventory rotation
π€ Key Account Management
- Build strong relationships with Category Managers, Store Heads & Retail Partners
- Negotiate visibility, display space & in-store branding initiatives
- Partner with retailers on campaigns, launches & seasonal promotions
π₯ Team & Promoter Leadership
- Lead a team of In-Shop Promoters & Retail Executives
- Drive productivity metrics like conversion, sales per promoter & ROI on schemes
- Ensure training, rostering, and performance management
π Execution & Operations
- Ensure seamless rollout of marketing campaigns & trade programs
- Act as the bridge between Brand, Agency & Retail partners
- Manage regional budgets for promoters, trade marketing & visibility
π Data & Insights
- Track weekly/monthly performance dashboards
- Analyze consumer trends, off-take & store-level performance
- Present actionable insights & business reviews

What Weβre Looking For
- 8β15 years of experience in Modern Trade / Retail Sales (Electronics preferred)
- Proven track record in driving regional sales & retail execution
- Strong experience managing MT accounts + field force/promoters
- Excellent negotiation, stakeholder & team management skills
