Position: Regional Sales Manager (RSM) – Wound Care
Location: Chennai
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve regional sales and collection targets for the wound care portfolio.
Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to improve productivity and performance.
Develop key accounts in corporate hospitals, government institutions, and distributor networks.
Build strong relationships with surgeons, plastic surgeons, general surgeons, vascular surgeons, burn specialists, ICU teams, and hospital procurement departments.
Ensure effective implementation of sales strategies, product launches, and promotional activities.
Monitor competitor activities, identify business opportunities, and provide market intelligence.
Maintain accurate sales forecasting, reporting, and territory reviews.
Ensure compliance with company policies and drive sustainable business growth across the region.
Qualification & Experience:
B.Sc./B.Pharm or equivalent; MBA preferred.
12-15 years of medical device/pharma sales experience, with at least 7-8 years in team handling.
Experience in wound care, surgical consumables, or medical devices will be preferred.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
