Role Description
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding sales operations in the Bengaluru South region. This full-time on-site role involves developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and leading a team of sales professionals to achieve targets. Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, managing customer accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-ups. The role requires regular market analysis for competitive strategies and performance improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- *Sales Strategy and Execution:*
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
- *Customer Relationship Management:*
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including Architects, PMCs, Developers, Interior Designers, individual customers, trade partners, and key accounts.
- Foster long-term relationships to enhance customer loyalty and increase lifetime value.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate new markets.
- *Customer Service Metrics:*
- Establish and monitor customer service metrics to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Implement feedback mechanisms to gather customer insights and improve service delivery.
- Address and resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively.
- *Performance Monitoring and Reporting:*
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics, including sales targets, customer acquisition, retention rates, and market share.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
- Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- *Cross-functional Collaboration:*
- Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure cohesive and effective sales strategies.
- Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of flooring products.
