This role is about building a region, not just managing it.
You will be responsible for driving revenue, strengthening market presence, and building a high-performing sales engine across your region. The expectation is simple — consistent growth with strong control over execution.
What you will be working on
- Own and drive revenue targets for the assigned region
- Build and execute a clear regional sales strategy aligned with business goals
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and key accounts
- Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure
- Build, lead, and scale a high-performing sales team
- Strengthen relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Track pipeline health, forecast revenue, and ensure predictable growth
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights
What we are looking for
- Strong experience in B2B/B2C sales (6+ years), with regional ownership
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Experience in managing and growing sales teams
- Strong understanding of the regional market and customer landscape
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to plan, execute, and adapt sales strategies effectively
- Comfort working with CRM tools and sales metrics
