Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager located in Bengaluru. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily sales operations, managing a sales team, developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Additional responsibilities include setting sales targets, tracking performance, providing coaching and feedback to the sales team, and collaborating with other departments to achieve overall company objectives.
Qualifications
- Audio Visual Sales and Business Development skills, including experience in managing sales teams, achieving targets, and building client relationships
- Leadership and Team Management abilities to motivate and guide the sales team towards success
- Strategic Planning and Analytical Skills for developing sales strategies and analyzing sales performance data
- Having existing relationship with PMC & Architects
- Having worked in Audio Visual System Integration Industry
- Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills for interacting with clients and stakeholders
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office, along with a strong ability to adapt to new technologies
- Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in a related industry
