Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Regional Sales Manager based in Patna. The Regional Sales Manager will drive sales growth, develop and manage client relationships, and identify new market opportunities to expand the company's reach. The role involves leading a sales team, setting sales targets, and devising strategies to achieve those targets. The candidate will also oversee market research, evaluate competition, and create reports to assist in informed decision-making. Collaborating with other departments, the Regional Sales Manager will play a significant role in achieving organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Sales expertise, with strong skills in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Key Account Management
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strategic planning and market analysis abilities
- Proficiency in CRM tools and familiarity with sales management software
- Strong leadership skills, including team management and performance monitoring
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver results
- Knowledge of or experience in the automotive, industrial machinery, or heavy equipment sectors is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Willingness to travel within the region as required
