Role Description
Hiring: Regional Sales Manager – Home Loan / LAP
📍 Location: Hyderabad
Salary -Upto 12LPA
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Regional Sales Manager – Home Loan / LAP to lead and expand our mortgage business in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, deep market understanding, and a proven track record in driving disbursement growth.

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Regional Sales Manager – Home Loan / LAP to lead and expand our mortgage business in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, deep market understanding, and a proven track record in driving disbursement growth.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Home Loan & LAP vertical for the Hyderabad region
Drive business growth and achieve monthly/quarterly disbursement targets
Build and manage a strong team of Sales Managers and Relationship Managers
Develop and expand DST,Connector & Builder network
Maintain strong relationships with banking and financial institution partners
Monitor team performance and ensure productivity & profitability
🔹 Candidate Profile:
10+years of experience in Mortgage (Home Loan / LAP mandatory)
Strong team handling and leadership experience
Proven track record of achieving high disbursement targets
Strong DSTand Builder network in Hyderabad market
Excellent communication, negotiation & strategic planning skills
