Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Regional Sales Manager role based in Vadodara. The Regional Sales Manager will oversee sales operations across assigned territories, including planning and executing regional sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets. Responsibilities include hiring, managing and coaching a regional sales team, setting performance goals, and monitoring sales KPIs. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with retail partners, wholesalers, and key customers, as well as identifying new business opportunities and markets. The Regional Sales Manager will collaborate with manufacturing and operations teams to align product offerings, inventory with regional demand, while providing regular sales forecasts and market feedback to leadership.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in regional or territory sales management, preferably in jewelry, fashion, lifestyle, or related consumer goods.
- Strong skills in sales planning, pipeline management, and performance tracking using CRM or sales tools.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a field or regional sales team.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities with retail and distribution partners.
- Solid understanding of retail operations, merchandising, and channel management.
- Comfort with analyzing sales data, market trends, and customer insights to inform strategy.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; additional local languages are an advantage.
- Ability to work primarily on-site in Vadodara and travel frequently within the region as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience).
- High level of integrity, customer focus, and appreciation for design-driven products and brand storytelling.
