Position Summary
This role is responsible for driving regional commercial growth across assigned markets through effective management of distribution channels and selective direct engagement with key customers.
The successful candidate will take ownership of regional go-to-market execution, distributor development, and revenue growth, while acting as a key commercial driver for the business in the region.
This is a highly independent role requiring strong commercial acumen, hands-on execution capability, and the ability to operate across multiple countries and channel structures.
Extensive regional travel is required.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Execution
- Deliver regional sales targets across assigned markets
- Develop and execute channel and distribution strategies to drive sustainable growth
- Identify, appoint, and manage distributors and channel partners across the region
- Support negotiation and structuring of commercial agreements with partners
Market & Business Development
- Drive market expansion initiatives across both existing and new territories
- Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities, risks, and competitive dynamics
- Support pricing strategy development and go-to-market planning
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including distributors and end users
Sales Management
- Manage pipeline development, forecasting, and regional sales planning
- Track distributor performance and ensure alignment with commercial objectives
- Work closely with internal teams to support service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Ensure execution of regional commercial priorities in line with global strategy
Requirements
Experience
- Solid years of regional sales and channel management experience in medical devices or healthcare technology
- Strong track record in capital equipment and/or procedure-based solutions
- Exposure to operating in both mature and emerging healthcare markets preferred
- Experience in specialty surgical is an advantage
- Willingness to travel
