Role Description
This full-time on-site position, based in Faridabad, is tailored to an experienced Regional Sales Manager. The role involves managing sales activities, developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, identifying and analyzing market opportunities, and meeting sales goals. Furthermore, the successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and contribute to the company’s business development initiatives in the assigned region.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in sales strategy development, relationship management, and business development
- Experience in market analysis, lead generation, and project management
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Technical understanding of fluid technology, hydraulic components, or a related field
- Ability to travel frequently within the region as required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Past experience in a similar role within the hydraulics or industrial technology sector is advantageous
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
