Hiring: Sales Leader | Water Management | Mumbai (WFH + Travel)
We’re building the future of water management—helping solve urban water challenges and the global climate crisis through an IoT-enabled platform.
We’re looking for a dynamic Sales Leader based in Mumbai to drive revenue growth across the western region.
Role Overview
This is an end-to-end sales role where you will own the complete sales lifecycle—from lead generation to deal closure—while also supporting overall sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive lead generation through outreach, networking, events & social media
• Manage pre-sales activities including demos, presentations & client meetings
• Build strong pipelines and deliver proposals & pitches
• Handle negotiation and closure of deals
• Own customer relationships and grow accounts
• Collaborate with leadership on sales strategy & targets
• Support and coordinate with the broader sales team
What We’re Looking For
• 5+ years of experience in B2B sales (preferably SaaS / IoT / automation)
• Strong network with MEP consultants / real estate developers / infra clients
• Proven experience in end-to-end sales (lead gen → demo → proposal → closure)
• Startup experience is a plus
• Strong communication & stakeholder management skills
• Based in Mumbai
Location & Work Setup
• Mumbai-based (mandatory)
• Work from Home with ~50% travel across the western region
