Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Regional Sales Manager, based in Panipat, with the flexibility of occasional remote work. The Regional Sales Manager will oversee and guide regional sales efforts, including developing and executing sales strategies to achieve targets. Core responsibilities include managing and coordinating with the sales team, maintaining relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to the growth of the company’s customer base. This role will also involve analyzing market trends, preparing sales reports, and ensuring effective communication across teams.
Qualifications
- Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills
- Strong background in sales strategy development and target achievement
- Experience in customer relationship management and client engagement
- Solid market analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in data interpretation, reporting, and using CRM tools
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to work in a hybrid model based in Panipat
- Proven experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
