Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager. The Regional Sales Manager will oversee and drive sales operations within an assigned region, manage a sales team, and develop strategies to achieve sales targets. Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, analyzing market trends, and ensuring alignment with the company's overall sales objectives. The position will involve frequent travel within the designated region.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales Strategy, Account Management, and Business Development
- Skills in Team Leadership, Performance Management, and Sales Training
- Proficiency in Market Analysis and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
- Ability to achieve KPIs and adapt to dynamic business environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is preferred
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and result-driven attitude
