Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for a Regional Sales Manager. The Regional Sales Manager will oversee sales operations in the assigned region, identify and pursue new business opportunities, and manage relationships with key partners and clients. The role involves setting sales targets, developing strategies to achieve objectives, monitoring market trends, and leading a sales team to achieve growth. Additional responsibilities include preparing sales reports, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring customer satisfaction.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
  • Strong Leadership, Team Management, and Communication skills
  • Familiarity with the gaming industry and knowledge of computer hardware and peripherals
  • Analytical and Strategic Thinking with the ability to identify trends and develop effective sales strategies
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced, competitive marketplace
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region
