AIRCON Automation India Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Manager – Sales to drive Industrial/OEM sales and develop strong customer relationships in the manufacturing sector.
Key Responsibilities:-
Manage Industrial Sales / OEM Sales activities
Handle and grow key customer accounts
Generate new business opportunities and leads
Conduct regular customer visits and field sales activities
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth order execution
Develop long-term relationships with industrial clients
Achieve sales targets and business growth objectives
Support team coordination and customer servicing
Product Exposure Required:-
Hydraulics
Pneumatics
Air Filters
Seals & O-Rings
Desired Candidate Profile
6–14 years of experience in Industrial / OEM Sales
Strong business development and field sales exposure
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in handling key industrial accounts
Ability to manage cross-functional coordination
Candidate from manufacturing / industrial products background preferred
Qualification:-
B.Tech / BE (Mechanical)
Diploma in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering
