🚀 We Are Hiring: Regional Sales Manager
📍 Location: Karnataka & Kerala Region ( SOUTH)
Air Filter Industries Pvt Ltd, a leading manufacturer of air filtration and clean air solutions with over 30 years of industry expertise, is looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive business growth across Karnataka and Kerala.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Expand market presence in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, cleanrooms, HVAC, electronics, and industrial sectors
• Build strong relationships with consultants, HVAC contractors, EPC companies, and end users
• Identify new business opportunities and key projects in the region
• Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to project closure
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Provide sales forecasts and regional performance reports
🔹 Candidate Profile
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering / HVAC / Business Management
• 5–10 years of sales experience in HVAC, air filtration, cleanroom, or related industries
• Strong industry network within Karnataka & Kerala markets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
