Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jaipur for a Regional Sales Manager. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and managing customer and distributor relationships, overseeing regional sales targets and strategies, and conducting market analysis. The role includes mentoring and leading a sales team to achieve organizational goals, collaborating with marketing and product teams, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience with skills in sales strategy, relationship building, and client management
- Ability to analyze market trends and data to identify growth opportunities
- Team leadership and management skills, with experience mentoring a team to meet targets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales management software
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach
- Previous experience in the healthcare or diagnostic industry is a significant advantage
- Willingness to travel as needed within the region
