Role summary
We are seeking a results-oriented Regional Sales Manager to grow AcadAlly’s school partnerships in an assigned territory. You will be responsible for acquiring new partner schools, expanding revenue from existing accounts, and building long-term relationships with principals, academic leaders and school management. The ideal candidate brings K-12 or institutional sales experience, consultative selling skills and the ability to independently manage a regional pipeline and field operations.
Key responsibilities
● Develop and execute a regional sales plan to meet revenue and school-acquisition targets for your
territory.
● Identify, engage and convert K-12 schools into AcadAlly partners through demos, pilots and proposals.
● Own key-account management for assigned schools to ensure retention, satisfaction and expansion.
● Build and maintain relationships with principals, trustees, academic coordinators and other
decision-makers.
● Maintain a healthy pipeline, accurate forecasts and disciplined CRM records.
● Coordinate with Product, Onboarding and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth implementation and
adoption.
● Represent AcadAlly at school visits, education forums and local networking events.
Candidate profile
● 3–5 years’ experience in EdTech, K-12 sales, school partnerships or B2B institutional sales.
● Proven track record of regional sales, school acquisition and account expansion.
● Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
● Comfortable working independently across a defined territory and undertaking regular field travel.
● Prior experience selling into schools in any of the listed cities is preferred.
Preferred qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
● Experience engaging school-level decision-makers and navigating education procurement cycles.
● Familiarity with CRM tools, sales forecasting and structured reporting.
● Knowledge of CBSE/ICSE/state/IB board ecosystems is an advantage.
Success metrics
● Number of new schools onboarded.
● Regional revenue achievement vs targets.
● Accuracy of pipeline forecasting and CRM hygiene.
● Strength of school relationships and referenceability.
